Much too washed out, as though over-corrected in post from a photograph that was probably not set up well as far as lighting goes to begin with. Composition for this subject with the feeling you are trying to convey is odd, probably a mistake. The difference between the foreground and background is very contrasty, a bit too much. 4, I'm afraid. :(
I like the composition and there is a lot of fun and personality in the image. It needs a lot more contrast and colour though i feel and this really lets the image down. 4.
