I'm shocked this did so poorly. I find it beautifully impressionistic, essence-of-window, and gave it a 9.

I admire you for daring to enter this. If I had taken it, I'd like to think that I'd recognize its beauty, but I'd probably lose my nerve and not submit it. 10

Like your sense of composition, and the concealment of those little secret moments works well; I wonder if, for such a complex and fractured image (in a good way), a little reduction of the overall dynamic range might not make it more accessible? Allow a little stronger a sense of reality, and the chaos of the funky reflections and so on will still prevail?

The connection to the topic is clear. The overlaid image effect is interesting, but creates a messy image, where the eye does not know where to look on the page, but also what depth it should be focussed at. Should I be concentrating on the window, the fence, the trees, the sky.........but it also is appealling on a different level, while other images are following the rules, this breaks most of them, and creates a much more complex image...........
