| I like the idea of lighted windows in the dark, but I don't think there is quite enough detail here to make an interesting shot. |

Meets Challenge: 2 of 3. Actually a little too dark. I can't see any of the street's form (except for the very bottom).
Technical: 2 of 3. There's a lot of empty space up top, and for no real reason. I'd have preferred a closer crop
Emotion: 1 of 3. If I could see a little more, I might be able to relate emotionally to this picture, but it's just really really dark. If there was someone in one of those windows, maybe.
