The image was not particularly underexposed when I shot it. I pulled back the exposure in RAW.
I wish the girl who is holding Cameron hand was slightly brighter but... alas Basic Editing

This should have finished way higher than it did. Maybe people felt it was not contrasty enough? I gave it a 9- my highest score.

I think you need to warm your white balance a bit. The subject matter is a beautiful baby, so the photo shouldnt feel cold.
