 I wanted to capture the neon glow of a toy that my daughter was playing with without using a flash. This was taken outdoor around 9pm at a Balloon Glow Festival.

Lovely color low key! Some may discount this for lack of sharpness which is too bad. My fave so far!8

imo, it would be nicer if the toy were cropped out. the child's expression is priceless. the bright toy is a distraction from the beautiful face.
