awwwwww.... not the best average vote. But look at that average from commenters. Really shows that those that took the time to really "get this", loved it. Congrats on a great image.
You should really play around with different backgrounds. This is a pretty cool effect. I am assuming it you shot through stirred water in a clear vessel of some kind.

WoW! This capture is really awesome! It's so much to look at. One of those shots I could stare out for a very long time and just constantly find new things to love about it. I seriously hope the voters are taking the time to really look at this and give you the wonderful scores it deserves.
