 Um...alot of editing work.

Lightened the eyes, face, and hair. Desaturated any yellows in the sheet and brightened it (actually a curtain). Reddened her lips and the couch. Blurred the background, softened the skin. Smart Sharpened...and I think I added a vignette also.

This is almost a very good shot, but there are a couple of things bothering me about it. First is the angle, it feels a bit odd, though that could be more of a rotation thing than the angle of the camera. The other is the extra space on the right and bottom of the shot, I think there's just a touch too much empty space there.
