Plenty of X's here, and my eyes aren't wandering around aimlessly. Not the most interesting of subjects, I'm afraid (even for a future civil engineer). Good colors. I'm sure moving the subject off-center (to the left) would've made it lose some X-ness, but it may have worked better composition-wise. 6

I've always been intrigued by these 'under the bridge' photos. There are no bridges where I live - only overpasses and they don't count and aren't as cool. And hey!...it looks like you caught a star in this photo..way cool...! 10

I think a little bit lower of an angle, would be very cool, you would end up with more of the buildings on the right, but I think having that bridge stretch a little further out into the background would be a cool effect.
