I had no idea that people wouldn't know that NYC streets are covered with these weird markings... oh well.
Anyway, that's all this is - a wide angle shot of a street corner - the red is as seen. I didn't do anything to this shot except a slight crop, curves, and sharpen.

While there are straight lines in this image. the bits of red (spray paint?) are quite a distraction and really draw the eyes away from the pattern of lines.

The way the lines intersect is interesting and I like the red, lol. The color adds yet another dimension.

Comment per request after voting: Good on the challenge fulfillment - straight lines and kept it to that, which really was quite challenging, if you ask me. I was a bit intrigued by the colors - what be they for? But seeing as how they weren't in the shape of bodies, I figured them to be random or street construction indicators, and I moved on. Not sure what I'd recommend as far as increasing the "hold me here" factor, since I don't know the rest of the scene, but that's what you'd need on this one - something to keep the viewer here just a bit longer.
