I really like this. I love the bokeh and the foreground flow of water seems to be dancing with a similar shape in the bokeh.

Hi from the Critique Club!
I like the idea behind your entry and I think that it fits the challenge well. You've made a good job of 'freezing' the water with a fast shutter speed. I don't feel that the main water flow is sufficiently sharp to grab attention, and like other commenters, I find the background distracting. I think it's definitely something you should work on, with different lighting, backgrounds, composition etc You've got the basic structure it just needs some polish - I look forward to seeing more!

Very abstract with interesting OOF highlights. Not really seeing this as a defined twisted or curved lines that is appealing (to me). If the challenge was 'Water' or 'Splash' then I could buy into it. Sorry. All JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.

Great sharpness for a water shot. That can be tough to achieve, I like the bokeh too. Overall the shot lacks oomph or a story and anything to really grab onto. But the technicals are fantastic.

To work well on here water shots have to be very nearly perfect. This one just isn't very interesting IMO and the bokeh seems very distracting
