Yep. Looks like a mule. Those ears are awfully long. Why is it everything always looks better on the other side of the fence? |

I also vote mule. I mean, I'll take your word on it of course, since you were actually there (lol) but the lighter color on the nose, plus the big joints and hooves, plus the slightly oversize ears...definitely calling out mule to me.
Species assessment aside, you managed to catch the car at exactly the right spot in the frame. Shoot any earlier, it'd have ended up lost behind the equid-of-questionable-heritage. ;) |

I'm thinking mule too. Certainly more reliable than the Ford. I like the serendipitous juxtaposition of elements here. |
