I think I like it, although I feel like I shouldn't because...well...it's a parking garage. The shopping cart was a great idea, especially given the cool shadow it's casting.

Looks like a leftover from the HDR II challenge! Good DOF but I find the cartoon effect offputting. With this title I think the car park needs a grungy look, rather than the nice clean well lit look you have given it.

This looks like an HDR shot. I'll have to asssume it meets the editing rules and give it a ten. How did you possibly get this so sharp and well lit?

This shot is a great art piece. It would be nice to see this same theme around other urban areas with the same basket with the plant.

Never knew a shopping cart and a parking lot could be made to look so amazing.. I wonder how you did this using basic editing. Its a great capture and good use of DOF! 9
