Not the blue, but the building itself in real life (let alone a photo) looks HDRred and the windows have quite a green tinge which I tried to compensate for which turned it blue. I took it more blue than it need to though - I kinda liked it that way but I did oscilate rather between versions less blue.

The building is quite nice. I find there's something not quite right about the sky though. I wonder if the white balance was off. The shade and amount of blue seems unreal. Especially to the top right.

looks like a little blur on the top left section there but even so it's a great shot. I love the angles and the color.
