 A Green Heron switching his perch from one tree to another. From this angle it looked like he was about to hit the tree with his beak and dangle there, cartoon-like ;-) Love his hairdo, too.

I do wonder how they manage to navigate the tree branches. This is an interesting shot. Not at all the usual for a green heron.

This does look pretty cool. He looks a lot like "Road Runner" of the cartoon variety. That's good focus and sharpness right on the bird though.
