| I like the storybook feel to this. Just funny to me to think that someone is walking down an alley with a candlestick :) |

| Funny, he looks like a nice man...but then the knife?, candle, title and stare suggest otherwise. regardless, I like the "non" focus, it adds to the composition which is the point of the challenge. |

| I like the pic...kindof like indiana jones or something. I think I would have focused on the knife and left everything else blurry. I believe it would still meet the challenge and be more powerful |

| A bit cliche for my taste. Maybe if part of the image were focused, it might've had more impact?? Just my take on it. |

| I wish the candle wasn't visible. The light is very good but who lurks around with a single candle in hand? |

| Meets the challenge; the subject (both guy and knife) are out of focus. Image has a compelling story. However, something about this pic seems "off". Can't quite put my finger on it but the "sharpness" of the guys face/beard(?) seems odd. Still a good challenge entry. |
