 Street wandering in Brussels. The blurry figure walking in front is Ralitza ( dreamy) who was shooting with my Lensbaby.

A possibly or practice for the missed focus challenge? Has a Bvy style/tilt too.
I like the composition with the blurred pedestrian and the people in the restaurant. Like the B&W treatment.
