You have an awesome, awesome start here, but you left it too flat and gray. A duotone image should include tones from both ends of the range, as well as most of the tones in between. This is exactly the type of subject that I wanted to shoot for this challenge, but I was far too busy this week to go hunting for it. The only thing you are lacking is contrast, thus missing the dramatic feeling that grabs the viewer's eye. Here would have been my editing take on the same subject:



While I usually try to leave some amount of detail in the shadows, the surround wall contains enough detail that I would like to see that shadow black. Well seen and well composed. A little more drama would have surely grown your vote. 6.
