The paper effigy usually takes two months to build and costs about RM15,000 (USD4,300). In the end of the month-long Hungry Ghost Festival, the paper effigy would be burnt and witnessed by thousand of people. The Hungry Ghost Festival is held in the seventh lunar month in the Chinese calendar to ensure a peaceful and prosperous year. The spirits would roam the earth for a month. The effigy piercing fangs and flaring nostrils. During this period of time, Chinese operas, puppet shows and some singing performances are performed for the spirits. Going for the brown here, I imagine.

I don't think this is very blurry stuff Heida style. Looks like a long shutterspeed completely raped with unsharp mask. That said, I like the photo. But still don't find it very relevant to the challenge. The noise I see there does however.
