 I always lose a little in save for web, but this is for the most part what it looks like. I can't figure out how to get the lens flare out of there without deteriorating from the rest of the photo. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Everyone's style is different and yours is truly unique. Interesting shapes and perspective. Lens flare not a problem.

You could leave the lens flare in. I rather like it. Otherwise your best bet is to use a lens hood when shooting to prevent getting flare in the first place.
