 This was a tough shot to get, but like the result. Shot in late afternoon directly into the sun on the Alkali Flat Trail in the heart of the dunes of White Sands National Monument. It was near 100 degrees, but was an incredible hike! This was my third visit, and never seem to get tired of going. The person is my son, Justin(rentrenz).

Hmm i wonder where this is, is it in KSA? We have a desert here called Al-Khali (which means empty), Beautiful shot wherever it is.

Very emotive type shot. Isolation? Solitude? Contemplative? Like the B&W, like the tones. Great catch of the slitary person.
