Composite of two identical pictures at different exposures and shutter speeds and used a feathered erase to exposure the bottom layer. Additionally, I used curves, levels, and hue/saturation adjustments as well as shadow/highlight adjustments in Photoshop. Finished by using Neat Image, rotating, cropping and adding a border. I think it's a pretty picture. We'll see if anyone else agrees with me!

This is extremely beautiful. I have no idea how this may have been taken, but please explain! I'm guessing HDR+long exposure. This is such a wonderful image. Thank you for delighting my day.
