I want to go back and take this at night.
Anyone remember the song, "The Green Door"?
Midnight, one more night without sleepin';
Watchin' till the mornin' comes creepin'.
Green door, what's that secret you're keepin?
There's an old piano,
And they play it hot behind the green door.
Don't know what they're doin',
But they laugh a lot behind the green door.
Wish they'd let me in,
So I could find out what's behind the green door.
Knocked once, tried to tell them I'd been there.
Door slammed, hospitality's thin there.
Wonder just what's goin' on in there.
Saw an eyeball peepin'
Through a smoky cloud behind the green door.
When I said "Joe sent me",
Someone laughed out loud behind the green door.
All I want to do is join the happy crowd behind the green door.
Midnight, one more night without sleepin'.
Watchin' till the mornin' comes creepin'.
Green door, what's that secret you're keepin?

This image is very well composed but I really like the processing. Great job. |

Nice find. I like the geometry broken up by the natural accent of the tree.
It's odd that I was humming that tune for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon. In the town where I grew up, there was a place in the early sixties called "The Hop", which I would guess that every town had one, and that tune was on the juke box. |

That's just beautiful. So perfectly composed, and I love the soft, impressionistic processing and pastel colors. |

How strange: no doorknob and the hinges are on the OUTSIDE of the door... But awesome cool regardless :-) |
