 Andrew Carnegie, robber baron and noted philanthropist, paid for the construction of many free municipal libraries around the country, including the Temescal (nee Alden) Branch in my neighborhood.

This is the remaining part of a larger display about the libraries which was up earlier in the year following its anniverary celebration.
