I would have cropped a bit (10% up, left and right) in order to have the woman exactly between the thirds and balance the horizontal layers. Anyway, it's lovely, I really like it. With a fill light it could be a winner!

the placement of the woman and the horizon work well for Rule of Thirds - but the silhouette barge ruins the effect.
