 After to hiking for 4 hours, one exhausted photographer and several friends watched a beautiful scene unfold...this is the result! i wish i was alert enough to do an excellent job with the image...

Rule of thirds? I certainly think that a tighter crop with the sun at intersection of thirds would have resulted in a more interesting photo - and would have complied better with theme.
