 Saw palmetto berries. People pick them by hand here. I do some work for the companies that dry and store the harvest for shipment to Europe. The extract is made into a supplement medicine for prostrate health. The berries are a little bigger than an average marble.
The dryers are about 16 ft wide and 96 ft long, and the berries are about knee deep when they start drying.
I chose the title in connection with the current government spending spree.
