Cuz, you know, once you've spent such a significant portion of your life together...

*DMV = Department of Motor Vehicles. My older son was taking his written driving test.

(they actually call it D.O.L. here in Washington, but it just doesn't have the same negative connotation attached to it)

The way it used to be. Now they have to be transported to games. What ever happened to good old pick up games? Very nice, Art. Spontaneous combustion.

Isn't it funny how kids and adults in the same exact setting go in exactly the opposite direction when given the chance to interact with others? Children will engage other children and befriend them with no questions asked, adults on the other hand won't be bothered with being polite. Nice stuff, but did the older one pass his test?

I love the way kids do this! I think we could learn a lesson from them.

Kids are amazing the way they can buddy up immediately. I wonder what goes wrong as we get older.
