I like this image a lot. My only nitpick is that the more I stare at it, the more the little bit of dock in the bottom corner draws away my attention.

It's interesting how the lower half is so blurred in the refection compared to the clouds, but the dock and tower are still in sharp focus even though they are not near each other. I'm wondering how you managed to have that effect in a with basic editing. Still, I really like how the effect focuses the attention on the tower.

Very powerful, the central position of the tower seems to work well as the long time exposure affect on the clouds draws us to it as a focal point. Great work
