the info you want :- hc-110 diluted 1+63 for 12 mins, agitated every 3 mins.
ilford multigrade paper, with enlarger set to 3.5

great urban view of London! I'm interested to know your developing times and dilusion relation of the developer on the film developing. Your contrast seems quite high and i wonder if that's a result of the film developing process or the enlargement (perhaps high grade paper?). nice tones and shot anyways!
