 It's actually a very viscous balsamic vinegar. It does not make great droplet shapes :(

Nearly no processing: cropped, removed some noise, resized (bicubic sharper), border, saved for web.

Well I gave this a three and at least wanted to explain why, I mean, it´s out of focus and way too dark, don´t have a clue on what I am looking at.
