Shot in RAW, used three different exposures from the same shot and combined them, taking the sky from one, shadows details and highlights from one, and the midtones from another. So it's HDR of sorts, although I didn't use the traditional methods.

I meant to come back & comment on this before the challenge closed but never made it. This was the highest I scored in the challenge for all the same reasons as andrewt stated except I thought the sky was pretty cool too.
Beautiful shot !!! lovely perspective, wonderful processing on the building. I have an issue with the sky though , I wish you had desaturated the sky or at least reduced the blue/cyan sat in the sky. Currently the blue/cyan does not blend well IMO and reduces the overall impact of the shot (no vote)
