 went to meet friends for a coffee on the waterfront and thier son Steve who is visiting from Brisbane was a surprise.
I asked him if he would mind doing a shoot for a challenge,to which he agreed having my gear with me set up on the cafe decking.

I quite like this one, Brian - I remember it well from voting. His blue eyes are captivating and he has a very honest face. Very nice choice of composition - I like the slight slope to the shot - suits the way he's looking well. Given that, I'd like to see a wee bit more of the shoulder if possible, to give it just a bit more of a base. It has that now, but almost looks accidental rather than intentional. And I really like the way the light is hitting his hair in the back.

nice lighting. Although the background is blurred once you see those bits sticking out you cant help looking at them
