 This was taken in the so called "Adolf-Hitler-Lager", a military base built in a forest south of Berlin in the early 1930's to station and train SS-troups.
After WWII the Red Army took over the area and established different facilities, like a charge battalion, a panzer trainings regiment with accomodation and supply facilities.
After the german reunion the russians cleared the base between 1991-93.
