So, this one is yours! I gave this lovely creation an 8 because it was totally different than all the other entries and very soft and feminine. I'm surprised and disappointed to see where this beautiful entry landed.

Very misunderstood - the extreme opposite of your usual style ( I did not guess). It's very,very lovely , Judy - I can get lost in the soft pinks . the fade away of the flower is perfection :) I gave it a 7 !

I am so disappointed that the voters did not appreciate the beautiful artistry in this photo. I think it is excellent, and very refreshing in the midst of so many straight flower photos. This is one of my top picks in this challenge.

That's different, but you may have pushed the processing a little too far. Just a little more detail would have made this better for me.

Beautiful style of photography. Pastel essence of a flower. Magazine quality photo. I can see this in an ad for some delicate herbal lotion or a special fragrance mist. Very "sellable" photo.

So, how is your score looking so far? My guess is this one's not for your day-today DPC crowd. But I love it, which may not be saying much. So subtle and soft. Nice work.

This is a bit too bright with not enough contrast for me. Its quite hard to see the flower.

A bit too faded for me, although it would make a great background for something like a wedding invitation.

Unique and fun treatment! I really like this, and I also like how so much of it is out of focus, though I suppose that'd bug many here on DPC.
