A sharper focus would have helped out this shot a lot...

Oh, naughty shot huh!? heh! I just think that the part of the stairs (or something else) at the top is distracting, and i don't see where is the focused part in this shot. I like the idea but maybe you could try focusing the part of the shoe where the painties are, to make your idea more clear. Try no to cut a part of your prime object too!

I do really like the composition and the concept of the shot. Two things that knock it down for me though are: I can't see any detail in the shoe, although there may not be any, it just looks like a dark figure; and there seems to be a lot of noise especially in the crack of the door. Just my two cents to help you out next time.
