My daughter on her first year of High School Drill team in 2005. Shot after their halftime performance.

Cloned out the guy on the left, blurred the background scene a little. converted to b/w because the colors just looked weird to me. dodged around her face a little. Used some Topaz to provide a little pop to the details.

Good edit all round. You have made the most of the expression on your daughter's face which was lost in the original.

Definately a good edit. The conversion really helps to isolate the subject whereas in the original, she blended in.

Looking at the pic, it has a 50's western TV show feel. I think it's because of the B&W treatment. Nice pic.

Very nice job removing the guy in red, and yeah, the colors are a bit odd - you could maybe work with those, but I think B&W is the right choice.
