What else, my one of my neighbor's trees across the street. Had to walk out to the middle of the street for this one.

Adjusted levels, swapped blue for red channel, adjusted contrast, made into grey scale, adjusted brightness and contrast again with a little sharpening.

Lots of contrast, but seems a bit soft on my monitor.

I really like the B&W conversion. The clouds and sky are awesome in tone. There seems to be a softness to the focus that effects the technicals for me and the mid ground tree seems a bit too central. I've also checked this on two differnet monitors to see if I can see more detail in the fence line. The way it becomes lost in the shadow distracts the eye. Despite these nit picks I do like the shot; a little work on composition and focus could make an improvement.

Excellent clouds, but foreground seems indistinct with loss of shadow detail in that long shadow.

I would have rated this higher if 1) the areas in front were in a little more focus & 2) I don't like that shaddow on the grass, in front of hte fence. It kinds of hides the fence. I would be interested in a crop that takes out the front fense & puts the bottom of the tree into the bottm right corner of the photo. - 4

I can't tell where I see trees and where I see clouds. I think there is also a lack of focus here.
