 This is a 1:1 macro. For some reason he let me get very close. Maybe he thought I was freak crawling in the dirt and was having a laugh at me!

I think he is just so interesting that I would have liked to see a bit more of him in focus. I know I'm a freak and noone would a gree with me and his is expert depth of field, but that's just me!

It's a beautiful closeup (I like the claws!) and a nice B&W conversion. Think you made the right choice for the FS challenge. The texture of the rock makes this somewhat busy.
