 OK, so I'm fond of garlic...

adjust in raw - darken blacks - lighten mid tones - recover highlights - boost saturation.
Open in PS. Smart sharpen (1.1 pixel x 66%)
Adjustment layer: selective colour. - boost and darken reds - boost and darken yellows.
Curves adjustment layer to slightly darken mid tones.
resize & SFW
