Hah! I can really identify with this. The "reverse" processing gives an unworldly look to the whole scene -- perfect for commuter hell!

The negative luminosity effect in this gives the details in the buildings a lot of contrast and brings out things that would not be noticed in the original shot. It's almost like an IR shot overlaid with a visible light layer to get the colors.
