 This is the New Soccer Stadium being built in Melbourne. The roof is going to be a massive bubble llike structure. What you can currently see is the support for it, prior to the roof plates being put on.

What an interesting building! I'm seeing some slight haloing around the crane and some noise in the sky. But, it's an awesome find for this challenge.
