I like the bottom 2/3 of your shot. The white area in the middle of the sky kills that part of the shot for me. Also, I wouldn't have cropped so close on the right side.

Sweet shot - I love the motion of the wings, the very blurred background, the silkiness of the water. And it's lovely in shades of gray.
