In the Everglades, S Florida
Manual 300 mm f4.5 ED IF, monopod, overcast light.
The ones with their heads in the water are ibis. It's interesting to see how they forage. They form a loose line, and all of them move in the same direction while moving their beaks back and forth in the water. They feed by feeling the prey with their long beak, and then grabbing it.

LOL at your title. This makes me think that conditions are good this year for that many birds to be there. It is quite a collection. The pano crop is good here.

Interesting composition with total emphasis on the horizontal. I like the very definite bands of green-birds-water and green again.
