Every week, I've often think that it would be kind of interesting to take both challenges and take a single picture that could be submitted to either - I've never followed through on it until now - accidentally actually.
I was going to take a sunrise shot with some rocks in the foreground. I woke up early, when down to the lake and there was no sunrise - overcast!!! So I drop down the road a bit to a place in Burlington, Ont called Spencers - it's a restaurant on Lake Ontario. I positioned this shot and then realized when I got home that this could also be submitted to 'Rocks'. Anyway, I thought it was more appropriate for this challenge.

Definately better for architecture :) I love the subtle reflection and the way the straight lines contrast the gentle curve of the building. I tyhink that B&W was a good call here as colour could have lead to us missing the subtleties.
