Another nice beach shot. In a way, yes it could be a little lighter. But I also like how it almost is fully backlighted, creating a silouette.

Choosing between the 2 photos you posted I like this one the best. I like the emotion and the nice PoV. Foreground is perhaps a little too dark. The left foot seems almost gone. Not sure, but perhaps a flash would helped here.
