There's something you don't see a whole lot these days! This is a very in your face shot, I think as a B&W it does well, though as a colour it felt very "concert snapshot" if you see what I mean. Good conversion, makes it really intersting.
This is definitely one of those images that you should linger awhile. The immediate reaction is to focus on the guy with the cigarette and yet it is the people in the background that make this a much more interesting image (at least to me).
Yes, interesting because I can't quite determine the emotion present. Sadness? "Mellowness" at a concert? A speech or possible prayer? The person in the background, with the glassy eyes adds that extra punch.
