the tree that you are focusing on has good lighting, but the majority of the picture it to dark for me...

Rock looks underexposed, it would've been nice to see the colour and detail in it.

I love the simplistic aspect of this photo - it is very Zen feeling. Beautiful blue sky too! The bottom rock - I think the lighting on it distracts a little. Maybe cropping it out, or burning it a bit to help keep the viewer looking from the tree, down the rocks, then back up the other side. Otherwise the eye seems to go from the tree, down the rocks, then stays on that bottom rock - and the contrast between the shadow and the sky on frame right never gets explored. I don't know if that makes much sense - I am getting a little tired! : ) But I do love this shot!
