the topaz takes this out of the ordinary, all right.
But your angle and composition are what makes this image exceptional.

Keep trying with the processing on this one. I think you have several good edits here.

Very nice detail of the water fountain! If you're good at selecting or erasing, you might try applying the Topaz on a duplicate layer, then erasing or masking out the ground. The one issue I have with Topaz is sometimes it does TOO much to my backgrounds when I'd rather it didn't.
