 This jolly man is my neighbor. I shot some portraits for his construction website, although I'm sure they will use the color version.

Very nice looking portrait, but I think (as you said yourself) he will choose the colored version. Hope you don't mind saying this, but I think the focus should be more on his eyes than on his neck (see eg. shalrath portrait of this week)
