 This time I didn't use any presets. I first used Topaz to reduce the noise, then did one layer of Topaz using the following settings.

Adaptive Satuation: 0.19
Regions: 18
Saturation: 1.78
Saturation Boost: 1.29
--Noise tab--
Suppression: 0.400
(Parameters not shown are at default values)

Then I did a Levels adjustment and a Color Balance adjustment in CS3. I finished with Luko sharpening.
